Teri Potter
Teri Potter is a Mother, a trauma-informed guide and the founder of S.A.F.E. Practice™. Her work is rooted in both personal and generational healing. Teri grew up in a home where emotions were rarely spoken and learned early to stay safe by detaching from what she felt. That early disconnection grew the roots of her later work – a search for truth, authenticity, presence and belonging – which has guided her whole life.
Years later, when Teri’s highly-sensitive daughter fell into crisis, that buried history of hers erupted into the present. Her pain drew Teri straight back into her own and what began as a desperate scouring for answers and solutions turned into a sacred invitation and path of awakening. Teri learned that healing begins when we slow down, turn inward and make space for what’s real. She discovered that presence was the answer to every question. Teri is now devoted to the spaces where truth is spoken gently, where presence is always enough and where we remember together that nothing in us needs fixing to be whole.
Alongside lived experience, Teri’s work has been shaped by study with teachers whose wisdom continues to ground me. Dr. Shefali Tsabary in Conscious ParentingTM, Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate InquiryTM, Dr. Richard Schwartz in Internal Family SystemsTM and the timeless teachings of enlightened sages including Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, Adyashanti, and various Dzogchen Masters who point us home to awareness itself.”

Leslie L. Bost
Founder, Spiritual Director & Community Builder
Leslie Bost is the founder of Casa Damara, a family-healing sanctuary rooted in her devotion to reparenting work and the lifelong journey toward unconditional love. After many years of nomadic living with her husband and four children, she now calls Pescadero home, a place where her personal healing path is evolving into a shared, heart-centered community experience.
Her passion for this work was forged through lived experience. Leslie’s story includes trauma, abandonment, adoption, eating disorders, depression, miscarriages, complicated pregnancies, NICU journeys, and the pressures these challenges place on relationships and parenting. These initiations opened the doorway to her own reparenting, learning to tend to her inner child with presence, compassion, and truth. Through this process, she discovered that when we heal the relationship within, that transformation ripples outward into our partnerships, our communities, our work, and most powerfully, into our children.
Leslie immersed herself in transformational study with mentors such as Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Dr. Gabor Maté, Suzi Lula, Dr. Ricci-Jane Adams, and the Sri Vidya lineage, alongside training in Transcendental Meditation, The Presence Process, NLP, Timeline Therapy, Conscious Parenting with Yvonne Laborda, and postgraduate studies in Spiritual Direction. Over time, these teachings evolved into her integrated methodology, Sabios Parenting, which she has shared through retreats, mentorship, and circles with families and coaches in Mexico, the U.S., and France.
A central thread in Leslie’s work is community. Beyond her studies, her life’s calling has been to build safe, loving sanghas where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Her global accountability group for The Presence Process & retreats for women are expressions of this devotion, bringing people from around the world into shared practice, honest reflection, and collective growth.
Her work rests on a simple truth: when we reparent ourselves, we transform our lineage. And when that healing is nurtured in community, we create homes, circles, and worlds where families, children, and individuals alike can thrive and expand in love and presence.
